heaven in a bite

I am proud to say I pinned it and did it! Thank you to my wonderful co-worker for introducing me to these little Oreo Cookie wonders. They have changed my life forever. There are two types that are delicious, either with our without oats (I made them without oats). Sources for these cookies are found here and here.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 pkg (4.2 oz) Oreo pudding/pie filling mix
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chopped Cookies and Creme Bars (or you can substitute for white chocolate chips...uh-mazing either way)
How to Make
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In a stand mixer cream together butter, pudding mix and both sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. Turn mixer to low and slowly add in flour, baking soda, salt and oats.
  3. Stir until combined.
  4. Stir in chopped candy or chocolate chips
  5. Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy!
